I'm not going to post about our military today.

Taking one day out of the year to feign patriotic remembrance is for phonies and attention whores. Come talk to me tomorrow when it's not trendy to post about our military on your Facebook page. Besides, if you truly want to honor the sacrifice of our soldiers, then stop supporting the politicians who want to continue taking them away from their families and friends and send them off to fight and die over lies, bullshit and for corporate profits. Enjoy your BBQ, don't feel guilty for caring more about having a 3-day weekend than you do for the reason it exists in the first place, and sure as hell don't let some part-time weekend patriot lay a guilt trip on you about it from up on their high horse.
